NYSBA is pleased to offer webinars for your company to further engage with our attorney members this year. Select from sponsoring a NYSBA produced CLE program or a Sponsor Presented Membership Program webinar allowing for product demo’s and informational style programming. Webinar dates are limited and require advanced booking.

Sponsor-Only of NYSBA Delivered CLE Webinar 

  • Mention on PowerPoint slide prior to program starting.  

  • Acknowledgment at end of program by NYSBA staff.

  • Sponsor acknowledgement in CLE Weekly marketing emails sent Monday and Friday each week.

  • Logo inclusions with linking URL in emails promoting the webinar.

  • Logo inclusion on the event details page.

  • Sponsor acknowledgement included in any social media posts pre-program (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).

  • Registration list for the live event including registrant name and company.
     

Investment: $1,500/program

Exclusions may apply to Section Meetings and Signature Events like Annual Meeting that have separate sponsorship opportunities. Inquire for details. 

Sponsor Presented Membership Program (Non-CLE Accredited)  

  • Select from 30, 60 or 90-minute sessions to be delivered on web/in-person.

  • Sponsor to provide completed slide deck 3-4 weeks prior to scheduled event. Content may be a product demo or informational. No attorney required for the panel.

  • Sponsor to provide program title, description, and speaker list immediately to be added to the upcoming webinar list and open registration.

  • Logo inclusion on all applicable slides as the sponsor and creator of CLE program.

  • Event will be added to the overall events calendar for NYSBA.

  • Logo inclusion on the event details page.

  • Sponsor included in any social media posts pre-program (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).

  • Registration list for the live event including registrant name and company.
     

Investment Levels 

  • 30-Minute Program $1,500 

  • 60-Minute Program $2,500 

  • 90-Minute Program $3,500 

Materials deadlines determined based on the Live Program date.  

  • For Sponsor-Only NYSBA produced CLE programs, space may be reserved up to two weeks prior to the event. When reserving closer to the live event, you may miss some of the promotional component deadlines.

  • Sponsor Presented Membership Program Webinars must be reserved 3-4 weeks prior to the live date, with a complete slide deck submitted 2 weeks prior to the live event.
