Sponsor Presented CLE Program  

• 60-minute CLE program to be delivered on web/in-person. Must have an attorney as part of presentation panel.

• Sponsor to provide program title, description, program outline, and speaker panel names immediately for review.

• Subject to approval from NYSBA Staff. Content to be educational in nature and not part of a “sales pitch”. Content needs to be accredited and approved by NYSBA CLE programming. NYSBA will determine what type of CLE credit is applicable. If the program is not approved initially, it may be updated as required to be CLE certified or may be converted to a Membership Program Webinar.

• Logo inclusion on all applicable slides as the sponsor and creator of CLE Program.

• Branding/logo inclusion in main header of standalone email sent promoting the CLE Program.

• Sponsor acknowledgement in CLE Weekly marketing emails sent Monday and Friday each week.

• Logo inclusion on the webinar registration page.

• Sponsor acknowledgment included in any social media posts pre-program (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).

• Email list of registrants who have opted in to receive sponsored emails.

• Webinar archived on the NYSBA library of programming.
